This agreement governs your use of Ziemer Codex (the "Software") once purchased. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Ziemer Codex is sold as a one-time license, not a subscription. You receive the full source code and may install and run it under the terms of the tier you purchased:
The license is non-exclusive and granted to you as the purchaser. It is not transferable to another party without our written consent.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software's source code as a standalone product or competing offering. You may not exceed the domain scope of your license tier without purchasing an upgrade. You may modify your own installation for your own use.
After purchase, the Software is delivered to you directly (typically by email) following a request submitted through our Contact page. Delivery is handled manually and is not instant.
All purchases are a one-time payment. Because the Software is delivered as source code, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Your license includes email support for installation and usage questions. We do not guarantee future updates, new features, or ongoing maintenance as part of your license; any updates we choose to provide are at our discretion.
Ziemer Codex allows you to import Bible translations and other content you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights or permissions to use and publish any text you import. We do not grant you rights to any copyrighted translation.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update.
